I started to learn about cryptocurrency in 2013–2014, and back then most coins were a fork of bitcoin that did not “do” anything or serve any purpose except pure speculation. Blockchain is this new revolutionary technology and we felt sports betting would be an awesome use case. Therefore we came up with the idea of Wagerr in 2016

That image you posted is only a few days old. Augur has a few thousand dollars in open interest, which is what is available to bet on their platform. They only had 8 events last time I checked. Effectively no one is using it, so in comparison to usage of the platform, we really are streaks ahead of them.
